At Shay & Blue we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All of our delivery destinations and estimated delivery times are listed below.

• See below our current general shipping cut-off times and prices.
• All next day delivery services are based on working days.
• 'Next Day' orders placed after the cut-off on Thursday will not be delivered until Monday.
• Please select Weekend Delivery if you are ordering after the working day cut-off
• We will choose the most appropriate courier depending on the order.

 * Free standard delivery for all orders totalling £60 and over after discounts.

Returns

At Shay & Blue we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. We understand that sometimes you may need to return items. In order to help with this, here is our Returns Policy.

1. Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase
2. Our products are made with care to the highest standards. In the event that goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, please return them for a full refund or replacement.
3. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for credit or replacement

Please be aware we do charge a small fee for return, checks and restocking. This allows us to continue offering full returns for the future.

Cancellations

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. We use a third party warehouse and as soon as they receive your order it is picked for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order please either refuse the delivery or return your order via our returns portal.
