As a growing company, we are committed to maintaining the high quality of our fragrances, which are crafted with sustainable, cruelty-free ingredients. However, due to increasing operational costs, we will be adjusting our prices as of October 1st to ensure we can continue to provide the premium products you love. The new prices will be:
- FragranceNoir 100ml: £90
- 100ml: £70
- 30ml: £40

At Shay & Blue, all our scents are ‘Eau de Parfum,’ with fragrance oil concentrations that vary by each fragrance.
Fragrances fall into scent families that can help you determine what you like, and to make it easier for you, we have already sorted our fragrances into their respective families in our menu.
Citrus: citrus fragrances have top notes that often come from oranges, lemons, or limes
Floral: as the name suggests, these include fragrances whose main notes are inspired by flowers
Light Floral: light florals contain flower extracts that are not as heady as the regular florals
Fruit: fruit-based fragrances are sweeter and have notes of fruits like peaches, blackberries, or watermelons
Woods: fragrances in the woods category could be described as “earthy” and are typically more intense and will last longer on your skin. They can contain notes such as oud, patchouli, frankincense, and sandalwood
Spice: a mix of woods and sweetness, with a hint of pepper, vanilla, or cardamom. These fragrances create a bridge between the intense woods and the lighter fruit or floral scents
Yes. However sometime it's not good to burn s##t! So on occasion we synthesise the fragrance notes from alternative naturals to replicate that of the smell of burnt wood or leather. You get us?
Generally as time goes on a fragrance might lose its top notes, but if you store it in a cool, dark place, your bottle will last you a few years.
For best results, pop your fragrance away in the cupboard. If you notice any strange smells coming from your perfume after a prolonged period. Please do contact us.

They are indeed! They are also gluten-free. We want to make sure that our fragrances are safe and suit everyone.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. We use a third party warehouse and as soon as they receive your order it is picked for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order please either refuse the delivery or return your order via our returns portal.
Yes you can, when you check out you can ship to an alternative address to that of your billing address.
If you need to change an address once you have ordered. Please chat to us immediately and we will see if we are able to change your details for you.
We want you to be as happy as possible with your order. We offer a 30 day returns period and you can return any unopened product to us.
We offer returns via Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and US Post. We do charge a small amount to return to cover for restocking and quality checks.
When you purchase a subscription product you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
You can swap a product or cancel most subscriptions any time from the account area.
Scent Club orders or some subscriptions with discounted prices may require a minimum number of deliveries before cancellation.
You can checkout using any recognised Credit/Debit cards, Paypal or Apple Pay. All payment details are stored in accordance with local compliance and law.
Clearpay
New payment method
Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply). Please use Clearpay responsibly.
The service is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd. Clearpay Plans are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Just shop on our site and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).
If you've used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account.
Then complete your order!
Clearpay is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18+ (excluding Channel Islands) with a UK billing address.
Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to use Clearpay or create a Clearpay account.

Clearpay will split the total value of your order into 4 instalments payable every fortnight. The exact amounts and dates will be displayed for you to agree to before you confirm your purchase.
If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into your Clearpay account to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases with Clearpay.
Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee if you are still not able to make the payment by then. This will be an initial £6 and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. If your order is less than £24, the total late fee will be £6. If your order is £24 or over, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order or £24, whichever is less.
Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future. We encourage you to use Clearpay responsibly. Please see Clearpay Terms of Service for further details.
Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any order.
Yes, your order value including shipping must be between £20 and £1000 to use Clearpay. Your maximum order value may be lower depending on factors such as being a new customer or your payment history.
Yes, you may also use a gift card, cash, or a promotional code with Clearpay to pay for your purchase.
